Originally from Virginia, Ryan moved west for academic pursuits earning his M.S. in Applied Physics from Northern Arizona University, ultimately returning to the east-coast for a Ph.D. in Physics from Wake Forest University. Throughout his academic career, Ryan has been recognized for his excellence, receiving multiple awards and honors. His research interests span molecular dynamics, artificial intelligence, and biophysics, with a focus on analyzing and predicting complex biological systems. Ryan has co-authored numerous publications, presented his work at international conferences, and collaborated on various research projects. As an educator, he has held teaching positions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Wake Forest University, honing his skills as a mentor and instructor.
